I am a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with over 30 years experience of preparing medical reports and appearing as an expert witness in court.
I prepare over 50 personal injury reports per year, mainly dealing with multi-track cases, and over 60 clinical negligence reports relating to knee and trauma surgery.
My claimant/defendant ratio is 60/40.
I have attended court as an expert witness on over twenty occasions.
All personal injury reports are sent within one week and negligence reports within a maximum of four weeks if the relevant documentation and imaging is available to me.
